Cake Off

On September 10th, 2023, the Stone Ridge Library will be hosting their first ever Cake Off! It’s sure to be a cake competition that is as sweet as…well, not pie. The (hopefully-first annual) baking competition will feature ten amateur bakers from Ulster County, presenting homemade cakes baked from scratch and based on cookbooks from the Mid-Hudson Library system. Everyone is invited to join the three professional bakers serving as judges to taste the cakes and cast your vote in the People’s Choice Award category! Sunday, September 10th from 10:30am to 1:30pm at the Stone Ridge Public Library in Stone Ridge, NY, as part of the library’s fall book sale. Public tasting begins at noon!
