Sometimes I'm Ok

Sometimes I’m Ok debuted in New York City at the Producers Club in November 2016 The show was chosen to be showcased at the United Solo Festival 2017 at Studio Theatre of Theatre Row on November 1st, 2017. Sometimes I’m Ok shines a light on mental illness, bullying and abuse and offers a way through. Its a show about hope. It’s a show about laughter. And It’s a show about over coming. It’s about the resiliency of the human spirit. We follow one woman’s journey where she turns mental illness on its head. Where she discovers it’s ok not to be ok and talks about it but, maybe not on public transportation.
