For over a decade Grammy winner Steve Gorn has brought Indian Classical Music to The Maverick. Tonight’s program features sitarist Abhik Mukherjee and the virtuoso young tabla player, Vivek Pandya.  The interplay between sitar and flute, accompanied by tabla, follows classical form and yet is alive with melodic and rhythmic spontaneity.
